Shipping Info

Your orders will be shipped by GSL. Shipping cost may vary depending on your location. 

In case you want to make a change in the delivery address once the order has been sent, you must contact us as soon as possible. Changing the shipping address will incur an additional cost depending on the destination. For all shipments to Spain, the courier company responsible for the delivery and transport of all our orders is GSL. 

 

Shipments to post office boxes will not be possible. 

When we have sent your order, you will receive an email with a link to track it. In case of absence, the messenger will contact you to arrange a time that best suits your preferences. 

** How can I track my shipment?** 

You can track your package at any time via the “ Track Shipment ” page. Please note that we use different distribution centers so the route is not always direct. 

• Domestic Shipping: To find out where your package is, simply enter the GLS tracking number and the destination postal code. 

• International Shipping: Enter the GLS tracking number to know the status of your shipment. 

If you do not have the tracking number, we recommend that you contact your supplier so they can provide you with the information. 

 

** Can someone else receive my shipment? Can I change the address?**  

Shipments contracted with the EconomyParcel service will have a single delivery attempt. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package is sent to the nearest Parcel Shop for collection there. 

Depending on the service contracted by the supplier/sender, the shipment may have a second delivery attempt. If the shipment is not delivered after the second attempt, the package will be parked at the branch/agency and after nine business days after the first attempt, it will be returned to the sender. 

In order to modify the delivery address once it is in our network, you must contact your supplier so that they authorise GLS to make the change. If the change involves a change of postal code, there may be a delay of one working day from the time the request is accepted to the delivery of the shipment. 

Remember that, if you wish, you can select the nearest GLS agency to collect your GLS shipments. You can also select one of our more than 6,300 Parcel Shop convenience points to receive your packages, benefiting from their extended opening hours. 

 

**How long does it take for my package to arrive?** 

Domestic deliveries typically occur within 24 working hours after the package is received in the network (excluding islands). Standard delivery times for Europe are between 48 to 72 hours. 

  

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, generally between 9 AM and 8 PM, with the exception of Express Saturday services, which deliver by noon on Saturdays. 

  

You can track your delivery through the tracking page to find out when and where your package is expected to be delivered.
